As the Director of Logan County 911, Director Sparks commands the critical functions of emergency call answering and dispatch services for an extensive network, including 12 fire departments, 9 police agencies, and 8 ambulance stations. His expertise in emergency communications systems is exemplified by his passionate advocacy and strategic implementation of Next Generation 911 technologies.
